If able, I'd give it a 9.8/10. Two reasons- 1. Feels the most empty out of the three. 2. The ending leaves you hanging.
Other than those two issues, it's a fantastic game. The characters, albeit lacking some character development, are interesting and rememberable. The side-quests are interesting and diverse too.
9.8/10 mutated hamsters.
SoC has the best atmosphere. CoP has the best feeling of isolation. CS has the best everything else.
It's more rounded out than Soc, and has a much more developed world than CoP (not to mention the ending in CS doesn't leave you blue balled like in CoP). Also, thanks to the faction war system, CS also has the most replayability.
10/10 would STALK again.
