Wine has come a long way!
Today Wine can play just about any windows game from sources like:
- Steam
- GOG
- Retail
- itch.io
- Uplay
- Origin
- Arc
- Battle.net
Valve has now forked Wine and created SteamPlay (aka Proton) which allows Linux gamers to enable versions of Proton to test and play their games.
