Ottoman Abus Gun have 0 range and 0 damage and using its "Rifle" as a melee, is it bug or something?

Found some minor bug in the latest patch 2.1.7b and Hotfix AI

- Karl XII does not have any sound
- Poles Partyzan and Panceri have missing icon when spawned
- In some Map, Napoleon(French) did not advanced through age, stuck at discovery age
