No you don't have to start a new game to play this mod.

The new version (059) is still a ways away, but a good deal of progress has been made.

Instead of posting a WIP screenshot, I've made a WIP video and uploaded it to youtube. Hope you guys like it.

Not just yet. I want to finish the city before I move on to AI and quests.
