i haven't really worked on The Wastes stuff during your absence, back then i wasn't even shure if the project is alive at all, with its leader gone.
yeah, bigger or broader shoulders is a good idea.
but i wouldn't want to make arms too thick/muscular.
Those weird thin arms are one of things that made hl1 zombies look so unique compared to other games.
In hl2 valve made them much more generic and boring, so i want to bring the vibe of original zombies back.
as for vest, i figured that the space between two rows would be the weakest element and tear apart easiest.
We're currently using a completely different vest design (the one on heimdall's guard concept), so we'll invent some another way to tear it apart.

That is some creepy stuff, however may I suggest making his shoulders and biceps a bit bigger? And the vest torn up rather than separated in two rows?
