You have done an outstanding job on this mod, although, I think that you should add West Germany and East Germany. East Germany would be relatively easy because they used mostly Soviet equipment, just with slight modifications. West Germany would be more difficult becuase they had their own equipment. Even if you just added East Germany, it would add a whole new dynamic to the game becuase the East German tactics varied greatly from the tactics used by the Red Army. For instance, their force was much more integrated than that of the Red Army's, much like the German forces of World War II. The East Germans wore their own camoflauge and made modifications to their tanks, such as thermal sights for their T-55's which were in service until the reunification in 1991. They had stocks of SKS's and Mosin Nagant's that were to be issued out to civilian militias in case of invasion, which could possibly make for cheap infantry or an emergency reenforcement in the form of a generals power. Germany in general is underrepresented when it comes to depictions of the Cold War, even though its capitol, Berlin was the focal point and was the place that the first casualties by either side would have taken in the context of World War III.

It is an actual version of the F-16. It is not in service though. I like it.

Finally the F-23 is getting the respect it deserves. The air intakes are in the wrong spot though.

If I knew how to skin, I would. I really want this mod to go foward, might I suggest going to some major modding forums and that you try to recruit a skinner or two there?
