Very good mod. I've only played a little bit but the atmosphere is scary (Im a wimp with horror games) :P But anyway, I will continue to play this until I finish it but in the little time I have played it, I have found a couple of problems. The first being that the first gun you get, I don't think has any sound, or very little, and the second being that the first zombie I killed, not the fast zombies, when I killed it, the headcrab appeared and I had to kill that too. Only small problems but other than that, well done :D

The graphics in that video look gorgeous..
