- turn off aero, use classic design
- start the installer of atmosfear 3
- click Tab + up and now you you'll see the "next" button

can't install the mod, too. i have to accept the terms.. but i don't find any to accept. I can only click "back" and "cancel", not "next"?

if your game isn't the english version, you have to to install the International localization patch. -> Moddb.com

fixed it for me.
