Hey, I seriously cannot find a solution to my problem, so it would be great if anyone could help me. Yes, it's the usual "can't find the mod on Steam" complaint, but I've done EVERYTHING. I've restarted Steam multiple times, I've checked if the games and Steam are both on the same hard drive (they are), if I put the mods in the sourcemods folder (I did) and if I put the correct folders in there (I did), installed the 2013 SDK and checked the -upcoming- beta, scoured forums and Steam discussions in search for the fix, but nothing helps. The mods are still not in my Steam library. What is the issue here? Please help!
Edit: nevermind, I'm a *******, my thought process was like "HMMMM so if i have a folder named steam on my d drive that means it was installed on there as welll!!!!!" Spoiler alert, it wasn't, it was on the C drive. I fixed it, now it works.

The description of this mod on this page could be better in terms of language. (I realize the author is Russian, of course.) But the game itself looks really promising.
