Still the same, this is the third time I have downloaded it, every time I open it, it asks what program do I want to open it with :(

Hi I wonder if you can help, I have just downloaded the EF mod, but I can't seem to open the file to start installing it. It keeps asking me what program I should use to open it. Did it not download correct, please help someone :(
