even in the show/movie a Victory cruiser couldnt do anything when pitted up against a CIS cruiser alone. and seeing as its about 2,000 credits less then the CIS cruiser, I believe that the republic ships were meant to be placed in overwhelming NUMBERS, not POWER. Though I will admit it still is a bit UP, if you do the math, 2 victories are better then one in this case.

There was a glitch in SW BF2 where you could exit the **** with out being in a fighter. Lol, and you could freakin run around on top of the ship and everything. I played a game once where another person went out and jumped on top of a LAAT ship and rode it to the command center of the republic ship. funny stuff

Did anyone else realise that in GC mode, the ai doesnt move for 15 (in-game) days? so people who complain about getting their behinds handed to them in the first five need to realise it might just be "User error" and not an in-game one...just saying.

Finally got to play today! DIDNT WANT TO GET OFF!!! GREAT game guys. But I do have one problem with it. In GC mode CIS forces are a lil' bit too smart. Even on easy. But when I play as CIS in GC I win. Also, in skirmish mode, I do think that the forces you are able to build by the time you get you station to level 5 for the GAR is a bit, "out of balance" I guess you could say. It might just be me. But by the time I get a ship big enough to fight a core ship out on the field the CIS has atleast two already out. And not only that, but the GAR dont really have any ships that can go one-on-one with a CIS cruiser(Forgot what they are called so I guess you could call it the 'Greivous Cruiser' or the one that looks like a hot dog with eyes >.>) . The GAR cruiser gets its but wooped everytime I do one on one with one of those. Ive tried all the heavy weapon ships and none can do it. So, I do believe the CIS is a bit OP in this mod. But still an awesome one!!!!

Okay, so i got it installed and all that and followed the instructions and stuff but when I open the game through the shortcut it brings up The original Forces of Corruption. How do I fix this seeing as I have the Gold Pack CD and didnt use steam to get the game.
