the map is called sanatorium, but the guy who made it is not related to the original slender, so he had to re-make the whole game, and his one is called "slenderman's shadow"
( even if for sure the gameplay is a complete copy )

downloaded and tested
the archive contain :
- infected hl2.exe :
Virustotal.com
( and tested over a sandbox : don't open anything else than some strange cmd windows ... )
- some game files probably created a long time ago, or by the guy who share ( a empty slender model, a map with only one texture, one skybox and one spawn point, etc)
