i agree this unit is impossible to beat (zoanthrope) it was the only thing 6 units of space marine terminators would shoot at and it looked like it took no damage over a 15 minute window. so how do you take down its shield...cause at this point tyranids are unbeatable with this unit

is it just my game or should the necron sentry pilon turrents be able to fire all the way across a 1025 map? they hammered all of my titans and i wasnt even able to get close to them and they had about 8 of them shooting all the way across the map.

but i ran into this problem when i played against the IG and they were building 2 or 3 reaver titans, 1 or 2 warhounds and still could drop 5 or 6 baneblade type tanks on the map in one shot. and i was the IG too and i could come no where close to the same amount of relic units. all at the same time as they had.

last night my friend and i played a skirmish against 2 computer ai and i double checked all the win conditions to make sure they were right and when we played the battle the orks at one point had 10 squigoths on the screen all alive. and they had some tanks at the same time. so my question is how come my game seems like i have limits on my squad counts but it doesn't seem like the ai does? and i have reinstalled the game since the hunt begins came out. anyone had this problem or knows how to fix it? can some one put the order to install everything from scratch on here maybe i installed something wrong even though everything works. thanks

yeah i chose the Adeptus Titanicus Doctrine and i could come no where near as many titan units as they had. it was like they had unlimited relic resources and i know for sure i didn't choose that win condition. so i am wondering if i installed it wrong and some old file copied over the new files. when i do a fresh install should i install the deamons , idh and tyranids before installing the hunt begins?

Last night my buddies and i decided to play us against 3 computer AI on the adonis prime map. we were up against 1 ork and 2 IG , we got our ***** kicked because next thing we knew there must of been 2 imperial reaver titans, 2 general imperial reaver titans, 2 or 3 warhounds , and one of the imperial guard still spawned in 6 bane blades of various types in one shot. we didnt play with any condition that allowed extra relic resources and i could only build one reaver, a warhound and a storm blade and i was maxed out. how could they have so many relic resources? from a fresh install what is the order of installing everything cause i think mine is not installed properly? and yes i did go back and double check the conditions i had checked off and couldnt see any that would allow this to happen.

did you switch between 1.73.9 with tyranids and without ? because if you installed all the maps in the ultimate apocalypse folder then the maps are only in the mod with out tyranids .they wont be in the game with tyranids or vice versa.

i only want to restrict titans only ....i play IG so if you restrict tier IV you don't get the 2 best bane blades , you don't get one of their air strikes, etc. and i wanna be able to use them just not titans

I always thought that a option where you would be able to start with just a builder or two and the extra resources to build your main base where ever you want on the map to start the game would be cool. so that on the maps where the starting points are far apart, you and a teammate could build your bases closer together to start. rather than only really playing the maps that have good starting points already, you could play any map.

just wondering if its just me but has anyone else noticed that the SM land raiders don't fire far at all anymore. i place them behind terminators and they can't even fire as far as a terminator anymore. Where IG baneblades (largest tanks) can fire really far i would think land raiders should be able to fire at least half as far.

i think what the issue is that when you say it will be released in april...as soon as it becomes april we sit waiting for the release ....people on here don't need a set date for release just a ball park would help everyone relax such as still 2 more weeks atleast till release would work and then in two weeks if still not close just let us know that its not going as fast as expected etc.

yeah but if they are firing at you and they are cloaked then you are very limited with what you can hit them with. its not like you can just start shooting your weapons back at them cause you can't target them when they are cloaked so your army unit basically just stands there and takes it. our thought is that cloaking should be used for recon and if you choose to attack you give up your position.

me and my friend play this game all the time and we were wondering if there is any way to make it that infiltrated units can't attack while infiltrated like the SM scout squad and at the same time making it harder to find infiltrated units (make their infiltration ability more effective). the SM scout squad is set up right but they are way too easily detected ...but then you have other armies units that can attack while cloaked and they are right next to your army but you can't see them attacking you...kind of seems lame ...i think if you had a cloaked unit shooting rockets at you (such as the orcs do) you would have a pretty good idea where its coming from. or even make it so you get one shot at something while cloaked but if you keep attacking then you become uncloaked

is there any way a mod can make it so that you can start maps without a home base just a builder, but have the cost of a main base added to starting resources? this way you could start your base closer to teammates so that you can support your teammates better without leaving your base with weak protection ( mainly for early on in battles). As it is my buddies and i look for maps that you start closer together. this would make it so all maps are good for playing on the same team. I was hoping this could be a setting or win condition that you could turn on if you want to start this way.

is there any way to adjust the ai on this mod cause we are playing on standard and they are way too aggressive they are kicking our ***** BIG TIME and i have been playing this game for years. or is there some strategy to at least give them a run for their money cause we can't seem to even compete against the computer players?
