Im using the First Decade and Rise of the Reds is working Perfectly,make sure you installed it in the right folder.The installer's original path is
"C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour"
Try changing that to
"C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer(tm) Generals Zero Hour"
Remember,the "C" drive is not the one you have to install it too,but too the drive in which ZH is located
