What exactly is Windows 7 Vista? I know there's a Windows 7, and I know there's Windows Vista, but I've never heard of Windows 7 Vista. Also, don't blame him for anything about the readme. If it wasn't for him, you wouldn't even have a mod as incredible as this. If you don't know how to mod your own game, you have no right to be criticing people for their poor documenting skills (not saying you have any Geroenimo).

I actually found out that Dodonna is in Skirmish, and Garm Bel Iblis is in Galactic conquest. However, Beta is still gone, and Bel Iblis' Juggernaut is backwards. I don't know if that was intentional or not.

The first time I played RotC 4.3, the first version I downloaded, I fell in love with it. You have made an amazing mod, and you have my congratulations. While playing 5.2, I noticed that the Republic-era Rebublic heros aren't present. Jan Dodonna's "Freedom", Garm Bel Iblis' Juggernaut, and Beta are missing in all of the RotC games I've played.
