How the heck do I fix incorrect tooltips on Windows 7!?

Since massgate and all the other former sites for this game are dead and this is pretty much the most active site for it nowadays I thought it best to ask it here: does anybody still have a copy of Tevkid's Tmod 0.91 on their computer? I've scoured the internet for it and came up empty-handed in the end; everywhere that used to host it is now dead. I would be immensely grateful if someone were to hook me up with a copy of one.
