I should be honest with the rest of you. I only started saying this mod was dead to tweak the devs enough to give into a media release. Unfortunately I'm impatient and recruiting people to blast "dead" comments would be too time-consuming. Aside from that, you turds need to get a life outside of video games.

How many of your forum moderators would you like me to name that don't appear to have jobs or lives away from the computer? Any number of them are capable of writing up an announcement and releasing a media update. And (gasp) it's not like this doesn't go on ever day! :idea:

I don't care if an area is "uncompleted" least it's something that shows progress. And do you really think that the rest of the world cares about a simple mod like you do? Do you think the devs are going to care if you download it or not? The fact of the matter is, is that if this is free and anyone could download it, then having fans or not is not going to affect the team. They have it set that they'll finish this mod whether people like it or not. This is what they want to do. To me, that says "**** the fans," and if they have that mindset, then what's the harm in releasing a wip shot. They obviously don't care about anyone, else they'd have broken the news that they've stop working on it months ago.

This isn't about you or me. It's about the mod. And the simple truth is, that it is no longer in production. There has been no media update. How do we know they're even working on it. Aside from their so called news announcements that offer little, I still see no work. It's quite unfortunate that you'll sit here supporting something that you "believe" is in progress when in fact it's not. Prove me wrong.
Foresete, when was there ever a deadline for an update? I've stated earlier that it's real simple to take a print screen and upload it to a site. If they want it to spread, let the websites distribute it. 5 minutes of their time and that's all it takes. You can't refute that. If the devs are so busy, let the moderators of their forum do it.

There was no media release "about a month ago" Try last year. Don't believe me? Check the news announcements. And what progress have they shown since then? Nothing. You people are so adamant about this mod that you can't get it past your skulls that it's dead.

The only reason why they proposed such a mod is because they new they've have a large fan following, but you know what their ultimate goal is? It's to shoot you down and reveal the mod team had disbanded years ago and work has stopped. What will you do then when you don't have your precious mod?

I'm sorry you people have such high hopes for this mod, but you're all under the assumption that it's in progress when in fact it's not. And for those of you who don't think I go on their forums, I do, and I've seen nothing new on it. The developer plans have not been updated in months. You'd think that they would post something new in them just once in the last 9 months but nooooo. "We're too busy" They just retort any comment that some forumer might mention.

Any news? No news. Guess the mod is dead. Sorry people, and this game had such a promising idea. I bet the leak was someone inside the team saying, "Look how much we've not accomplished."

Well, it is true...the mod is dead. In fact, if you consider how long it?s been since their last media announcement, it runs in parallel to other mods that have kicked the bucket. Don't let them fool you, they may say it takes time to bring up these media shots and write up a little thing or two about it, but that's all the work it takes. Leave it to the websites and their users to distribute the news. There's little to no work involved in releasing a media update. Is a watermark all that difficult? I'm sure they have a psd of it lying around. As for selecting appropriate content (or in this case, lack there of), any screenshot will do. It's a friggen mod and no more. It's quite unfortunate that these particular devs don't see that. Indulge your audience Kalashnikov, prove to them your mod isn't dead, and prove me wrong. If you need an answer to "we don't have time for a media announcement", then use one of the moderating trolls on your forums.

Pictures from Geronimous? Yeah, those are a year old and he's not even on the team anymore. Where's the progress? You spelled 'their' wrong also. I'm sorry but none of you have convinced me that this mod is still active. The people who post in the forums offer nothing to the mod. They just hang out in the general section posting useless images or playing stupid games. And what happens when you get someone who posts an idea? You get people like Black Op to shoot it down. How many times have you posted something gunney only to have it thrown back at your face and told it was retarded? Then the mods come along and lock it. News? No news. The mod is dead.
