Downloaded the 4 files plus the patch. Right click on the first part, Use 7-Zip to extract. It should extract all 4 parts. Got to the folder and run setup. This will take a minute. I'm running an SSD and it will seem like the program has locked up, be patient, go do something else then come back and it should have installed. You will then be prompted to install a few more items. Once that is done, install the patch.
I had to play with the settings several times, I think I'm running DX10 with little issues.
