Another medieval mod? :-/
It's just the city map looked rather blocky and stale lighting wise. Plus the car didn't look right, which I assumed was a byproduct of either the usage of lighting or cubemaps.
You need cubemaps, better lighting, and better mapwork and texturing.
It's not especially bad, but it's not especially good, but nevertheless enjoyable. Just keep revising and revising the environments.
I'm a boring type :D
Something to hold us over until Black Mesa.
Hey, I'm getting an Alan Wake vibe, this is great.
Not to be confused with Black Mesa, or Black Butte.
Although I like black butte.
Durian also smells terrible :p
If you pronounce it as dooRYan it sounds OK, though.
Great way of doing things! I'll be taking a lesson or three from this.
Citadel core going haywire?
That looks great!
Damn, Doom 3 has a sick engine.
It should be used more often.
Being Filipino, I appreciate this :p
First Person Runescape.
Will you implement parallax mapping?
This. Also, perhaps switch motion and thermal detection around with their respective classes? Just a thought. Make guns meatier, tracers were the biggest thing I considered missing when I watched the trailer.
Easy. With unbalanced gameplay.
Very nice images, glad you're bumping up the shadow resolution.
Don't get your knickers in a tangle, he was just cracking a joke.
64kb/s for me.
I waited all night for this!
7:33 PM in the Philippines.
I can't wait to see the results of this mod.
I think it looks hilarious to play, honestly. :)
I think it looks really really fun.
It looks like Half-Life 2 DM with new skins and a dose of acid and speed, that's what.
I appreciate the work that's been put into this mod.
Does it help that it's on the PSP?
I have to admit, the new water effect would benefit from the water being maybe more grimy? Fog, perhaps?
BTW I know a guy who could lend a hosting hand. Unlimited Bandwith and Space.
For mods, I believe it is creativity. We don't need generic shooters. Mods are a flexible medium in this respect, as you don't have to worry about money in commercial marketing. Be creative, then who knows? You may have The Next Best Thing(TM).
