It's just the city map looked rather blocky and stale lighting wise. Plus the car didn't look right, which I assumed was a byproduct of either the usage of lighting or cubemaps.
You need cubemaps, better lighting, and better mapwork and texturing.
It's not especially bad, but it's not especially good, but nevertheless enjoyable. Just keep revising and revising the environments.

I have to admit, the new water effect would benefit from the water being maybe more grimy? Fog, perhaps?
