got it to launch originally, but now after attempting to install AO3 it crashes upon launch!

I just said I don't have those .exes. I *literally* can only have them on my desktop. is there a way to have them on my desktop but have them divert back to the d drive? Or is there a way to disable this cursed security ********?

Help! I can't extract ANY .exe files to my d drive, my game drive! It says I don't have permissions, and when I restart my comp to try to force install and run the exe both magically vanish! What should I do?
