I use GIMP, but I have a load of custom brushes that I found. Pretty handy :)
The stars were just a semi-circular brush sized down, while the moon actually came in a moon brush set.

Yeah im going to learn how to use gimp because im learning how to mod Star Wars Battlefront 2, and gimp is the best program to skin models with.

So I just put random-ish dots down.
