Once you start a campaign, changing the unit size will not affect it. You'd have to start a new campaign.

Can someone explain how the formations work? Are your forces automatically set up like that?

Does anyone know a mod that lets you build new cities like in Empire? The way you can have multiple cities/ports in one region? I would buy Empire, but 1) I already have M2 and 2) I don't like the warfare style in E:TW.
