Having a problem, need some help. I extracted the first file and ran it and downloaded it but every time I try to extract the second one Winrar says it "cannot execute"

I recently got some help from someone on this board and I require more help. I was told to play this mod I need the 2.602 patch but I cannot find it in a readable format besides torrents and everytime I try and get a torrent file reader/translater it is a failure. Does anyone have a link to the 2.602 patch that is in an .exe of a .rar format?

I downloaded eastern front just fine and loaded the game up but every time I try and be the Soviet Union in the set up skirmish menu it has a red locked symbol and says I cannot play as it, any help?
