Just as a heads up I've been having some serious issues with this version of Perisno. It's been crashing so badly that I'm unable to play for five minutes straight at times and it's only gotten worse the further I've gotten into the game.

No crash reports come up aside from the "Hash Vector" failure but that comes up very rarely. I've only seen the hash vector failure once or twice out of the dozens of crashes that I've had. What I get 99% of the time has been "Mount and Blade has stopped working".

I noticed that when I crash it's been immediately after I save the game - or when I start to move on the world map after I save. It has also crashed a few times coming out of a city and into the world map or when I head into a city from the world. Once or twice it's crashed when I've gone into dialog with a lord and once when I've finished a tournament at Forniron. I haven't experienced this with the older versions of Persino.

Also, the issue when units get knocked down and lie down on the ground has been mostly fixed by the looks of it, but not entirely. Every other battle I'll still find one or two units who are lying down spinning, especially during a siege.

Another thing that I have noticed the past few versions is that Princess Linthradil's banner on the map and in battle shows a golden lion, though the information page about her shows a bird with a red background as her banner. I'm not sure what's up with that.

Last but not least I've had two issues on two separate saves regarding me being taken prisoner while my lord (in both cases Princess Linthradil) sits in a fort.

The last time this happened we were raiding Hakkon villages when we were eventually chased to Hornogoth Keep where the Princess hid inside the fort to escape the enemy and regenerate health. When she was fully regenerated I asked what she was doing and she told me she was recruiting more toops. However, we were in Kaikoth Confederation territory.

I decided to wait and see what would happen and two or so weeks later instead of the army I was embedded into leaving the castle I was taken prisoner. When I escaped the princess and her army were gone.

I reloaded my save and every time I would be taken prisoner and my leader would not move. I retired from her service and about a month or two later she finally came out of the castle.

Problems continue. Reverting to forum chat in what I should've done in the first place. Sorry for spamming the list here. =)

Note: Second problem fixed. Third problem in progress. Now that I've looked up some information on the forums again I've fixed the kingdoms.exe problem. Now it's saying that it can't run because of a missing mss32.dll. This is where my experience with this stuff ends.

Note: I've figured out my initial problem. I tinkered around enough with the files and I found that converting them to .exe files fixed my initial problem. Now it appears that it can't find the kingdoms.exe and now I'm stuck there. I'm using this new launcher from Steam that compiles all the medieval expansions into one.

I'm having trouble downloading the mod. When I download the files I can't extract them. It just says that it's a "file" and not a specific type (rar for example). I'm not sure what to do with this as nothing I have can open it.

I used to have this mod downloaded a few months ago and the way I remember it working back then was by opening the files as an archive and finding the download launcher that would compile the files together into one. I can't even get into the stuff anymore.

P.S. The last time I was on here was when patch 3.1 was apparently required. Now it doesn't seem like it is. Also when I download the file the files will say "TATW_3.0_Part1of2[1]" I don't remember that [1] being in there back when so I'm curious as to if the files have been modified in any way.

Last Note: My old computer that I originally ran this on was Windows 7. I have Windows 8 now. I went back to a friends computer running Windows 7 to see if my new one was causing problems but I got the exact same results with both systems.

They rebuilt though, not in the same place but a bit furthur away. The rest of the people who didn't stay there went and rebuilt Dale. Esgaroth was attacked in the war though, I belive. And so was Dale.
