The AI isn't working, help? Also, its giving me premature victories, I destroy one enemy but not the other and I've suddenly won? Is there a way to speed up the loading times as well?

I can't open the mod in editor for some reason, i activate and apply it in the game and when i open the game its still active but i can't open it in editor, i've been told it should be active already in editor if its active in the game and the labguage has changed to french in editor but none of the units, maps and other parts of the mod are there, that or i can't find them and i'm missing something, help would be appreciated?
