The whole thing was me trying to get the same quality image as you would find from old Half-Life images during development. The result was a lot better than I thought.
Old images looks pretty bad, because of video cards!
This is from the mod named SHAFT, his own HL1 mod. However he doesn't upload it to the mod's page for some reason.
Those cliff textures look bad because I made them.

Yeah but I remade those textures in the past and these ones are so obviously mine because they're blurry as hell, just like mine were.
