Well, ran out of things to play again. Back to checking the MISERY mod page three times a day again...
I asked this too quite a while ago. There is also the new AK47, a russian revolver in .357 i think, as well as new versions of pre-existing weapons.
Even if not, I think it is fair to say there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

I asked the same question. this is the reply I got: "MP412 revolver, AKMS with variants, new model and variants for RPK74, new model and animations for AKM, plus Duty and Freedom variants for the said rifle, and some more toys were also added to Misery 2.2 :]"

Cat meat and hides, lootable parts
Fix for the floating crow corpse bug
Fix for the instant weather change bug
Also have any new weapons been added (outside of TAZ) besides the camo dragunov and AK-47?

Yeah, it's really easy to make money in MISERY currently. You don't really need to hunt or search for artefacts. You can usually loot enough food items looting dead stalkers too.
Fair enough. I actively hunt the mutants for easy roubles early game, I always have fully upgraded assault rifles in my stashes, but rarely end up using them.
I don't think that, I'm just quoting others' comments I've read in the past.
IMO the fully upgraded predator shotgun is extremely effective against most mutants. what do you use against mutants out of interest?
I suggested the hunting shotguns proficiency because of something Nicolai said a year or two ago, about the sniper class Degtaryev having a "background" in hunting, which is why he wanted the shotguns affinity.
I think a fair compromise would be for the specialization to only affect several shotgun types, such as the full size/stock double barrel, and the full size over and under "hunting" type shotguns
I assume he's referring to the shotgun specialization. Some argue it's a little overpowered, specializing in long and close range.

Ha I prefer the predator shotgun against snorks. I always save up under barrel grenades for "when I'll need them" and rarely actually end up using them.
Very strange. Gonna keep doing it for now. Might not risk it for 2.2, but it has worked normally for the last 2 or 3 builds. Is the hard quicksave an optional extra, or is it included with 2.2?
Why does the quicksave corrupt save games? I abuse it terribly and haven't seen any obvious problems...

I was hoping for this too. The description says long range combat (or words to that effect) and isn't it semi-auto?
Probably around 3-5 times a week for me. Used to be a lot more when I thought 2.2 was much closer to dropping than it was. It'll come eventually. Just need to find other games and shows to distract me in the meantime.
Re-read your pdf around an hour ago. Haven't tried anything yet. Will read it again before I try sometime soon, or I might just start a new game. I've surpassed 1/2 million roubles some time ago, and have fully upgraded weapons in every caliber, as well as fully upgraded exo, duty heavy, and SEVA suits. My loot stash is packed beyond belief, with 1000's of bullets,100's of food items, and a **** ton of repair and junk items. Might just start again with a crusty double barrel!

If you go on the images page, select the "Inventory madness" click the "view" button, click the image with the +magnifying glass cursor, and look at the row of faction patches, there are renegade and Clear sky ones added to the usual ones. I assumed these are lootable from dead stalkers.
Not sure what these are doing here if what you say is true. There are also lots of new items not in the current build of the mod on show. This is where my confusion arose. Any insight would be appreciated!
