Sadly I cant play BF series it will be waste of money for me In Pakistan There are no BF servers and yes I have only played BF 2 even which was pirated at that time.
Only MP games i play is CSGO,Insurgency,TF2 and other games like these have low ping Pakistani servers but no BF nor Red Orchestra I love to play these but PING matters.
Ping is a bitchy thing, a lot of depends on your internet speed. At your situation you still can play SP and LAN coop but you need to have right people (from nearby location) for that.
I heard these types of games dont provide enough hours for SP you can beat them easily.
Thats why I always stick with simulators and RPG.
I cant afford any better connection then this 4mb of speed still it depends on where the host server is located if in Europe for example i will get almost 200 ping(that what i got in CoDMW3) and the guys with 50 ping were like killing machines.
