In this game you can only be one or the other from the couple and not a ghoul
it's a synth. A valentine. But yeah, from this point of view he looks.... kinda ghoulish haha !
Synths are not dressed or maybe this is a person you meet that's a synth and doesn't attack ? like a companion ?
