When I play as Israel and form Levantine faction with Syria by giving them Golan, Syria only hangs around for a year and then just leave? Their opinion to me is positive so this must be a bug?

Also Deir-Al-Zour actually belongs to Iraq. So in that case there would be no Syria. Would be more correct to give Aleppo to Ottomans. And Ar-Raqqa to Iraq.
