PayPal isn't available in Afghanistan!

Thanks for the response.
Just to inform you guys, there is no way to pay electronically in our country.
Every software that we use is 99% cracked, be it games, Ms windows, Playstation games, programs etc.

But in a previous comment it was written that cracked version are supported too!

The game itself doesn't start.
Did reset the prefs file, reinstalled the game, direct x, mod manager.
The game runs perfectly without any mods, when I install the mod then the game doesn't start, even there is no crash messages and no process is shown in the task manage, but when I launch the game the pc shows itself busy for two or three seconds.
My game is cracked, there is no way to have legitimate copy of any software, in our country (Afghanistan).

Hello guys.
After applying the mod via mod managerthe game doesn't start.
My game version is v 1.26 and dlc enabled, I tried reinstalling the game and the mod manager, but didn't help.
