I think choosing the SS2 engine is the best design choice you could have done for a SST mod. I can't think of a FPS engine that can better SS2 when it comes to mass model rendering. It should be insane to have hordes of bugs charging you! Can't wait!

Can't wait! AvP2 needs some kind of cohesive SP campaign mod, and by the look of it, Last One Out is set to beat the original AvP2 missions! Top stuff! Believe me, I'll face whatever size the dload is to get this, even if it destroys my 56K :) .

Anyways, I have a few questions about your running system. Will bots run normally (like maybe every few minutes they run 20 metres or something), or will, should circumstances permit it, they always walk? Thus, the question being will players be able to run w/o sticking out like a sore thumb?

Also, you said that civvies will run from a gunman. Does that mean, however, that the gunman can put away his gun and merge into the running crowd?

Finally, what about a stamina system, similar to RTCW? That means if an assassin's cover is blown, he cant just go full pelt, jumping over rubbish bins and hurtling down the road like a madman.

Anyways, that's my two cents.

Very nice. I remember dloading and playing Beta 1 on home LAN as soon as it was released. I like! Can't beat spaghetti western action. There is one thing, however, that I must strongly suggest. DO A CLINT EASTWOOD MODEL!!! :D

This could be something mega... But you need some more info! Most ppl have no idea what the heck Space Hulk is! Fortunately, I have been blessed enough to have played that great game (board and comp), but most haven't. You need some piccies - even if they're not in-game shots. Just pics of stealers and termis and maybe a brief description. That should drum up some enthusiasm.

Anyways, hope you succeed in making a spiffing mod. SPACE HULK ROOLZ!!!

This looks very nice. You gotta tell me - will you have animals in this? And are you going to do a full-blown Coliseum (I think i spelt it right) map? Anyways, very pretty. This and Bushido are shaping up to be very interesting indeedy.

BF42 is really THE engine to base BHD on, in my (less than expert) opinion. Good choice. It'll be good to have such an immersive level of interaction in such an interesting time and place in history. And yes, I think this will kick the crap outta the BHD official game! Can't wait to drive that sweet lookin hummer! Very nice. Very nice indeedy.

Very nice. Cheers for updating the site, and hope your mod receives the mega publicity it deserves! Personally, I think fugleyness is an overlooked aspect of the gaming/modding community. Fugleyness shows a kind of honesty - that which is hidden behind the Hollywood-esqueness of most boobie-clad mods ( *cough* Last One Out *cough* :-D ). Fugley people are people we can relate to, as fugleyness is generally an unfortunate side-effect of our favourite past-time. I rest well knowing that Bystander will be full of fugley people - at least, when we're felling blue, we can look at that fugley person walking down the street and say, "Gee, I'm a heck of a lot better off than he is!" Plus, no-one cares if you blast the living heck outta him! Good work and welcome your new modwatcher!
