NPM uses batch file to launch the mod, like ROTR. If you didn't install it in the correct path the mod cannot run. check the NProject Mod profile page, on FAQ section, to see how to fix your problem.

and, like AudDaGokil said, because there are confusions between Indonesian and Malaysian grammars, I think it's better if we use english.

hmm, i think the best mod is depend what do you want, like:

if you want a new Faction, i'm suggesting Rise of the Reds 1.2
If you want a BIG modification, i suggesting ShockWave 0.951 (but, is soo unstable mod)
if you just want to completing campaign/general challenge, i'm suggesting you use NPM 2.5/2.6

& there are can installed togather, so you can play it without use a different directories

Your ZH First CD are not Original or maybe on your ZH first CD maybe has deleted one files that is not in the know, that usually only the most re-install ZH.... but u can try to buy new ZH CD again and Mount image first ZH CD on your PC with alcohol progam or some like that, it's very important because First ZH CD has been saved on your PC, soo.. if u have Alcohol progam and already with your First ZH CD mount image, u can play without First ZH CD after you mount Drive and Mount CD 1 ZH image....
