Why haven't I heard of this mod when it came out?! This is one if not the greatest total conversion mod for Oblivion I have ever played. It is deserving of the Mod of the Year award it got.
I got stuck at one point and didn't know what to do. It took me three hours to figure out what to do and even then it was by accident.
