no that not a mod just most likely he built all of them which isn't to hard if u have multiple war factories. this is only my opinion.

TOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! the staff of Blitzkrieg i really like all the new designs for the buildings but kinda depressed that not all the buildings and defenses were changed.
