I already did this and the game still refuses to load

What exact version does this mod require that can literally be the only thing that i'm doing wrong here because I have everything else in the right spot. I created the bat file and everything and this game refuses to even show the opening loading screen displaying Battlefront it just keeps giving me the Exception error.

The 1.0v requires 1.1 but does 1.04v use the last patch 1.5 because i have not seen anything in the notes about the require patch in the updated versions.
