I play with all graphics set on max including AA. I play on maps that are 100+ planets and my games usually last for 15+ hours, never had an unexpected crash. Your game seems to crash because you are probably running out of memory, I would recommend putting everything on low and using the windows x64 tools to increase the Max amount of ram you can use for the game. Your game might also be crashing because of rebellion itself, in that case you would want to go to steam--->right click on rebellion----->properties--->local files--->verify integrity of game cashe...,It will look through your game dir to see if any files are missing and update them accordingly, hope this helps.
I played on ultra difficulty and I had maxed out fleet and capital ships with the titan I easily took out 3 lvl 10 cubes individually without taking too much casualties. I saved the video if you want proof. BTW I was federation

You have to enable the mod at "...Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.80" using the file "EnabledMods.txt" to enable it open the file using notepad and replace all the code inside that with this:

Oh sorry I got mixed up. You change the "TRUE" to "FALSE"
I am actually apart of the mod team and I am currently working on the Goa'uld, I have done this as my own personal tweak. But if I do get clearance from the other team members I would gladly add it to the next update to SGI.
I will go step by step on how to change it.
First go your mod folder called "SGI DIP 1.34"
Then go to the "GameInfo" folder.
After that choose what Ships you want to change and find the file corresponding to that ship.
The file name for the Capital ship Atlantis is called "CAPITALSHIP_ASURANCOLONY.entity"
Open that file with Notepad.
At line 11 depending on what Ship you look at you should see something like this "usesFighterAttack FALSE".
Change that "FALSE" to "TRUE"
and make sure you save before you exit the file.
For frigates do the exact same thing.
An example for what a Frigate file would look like would be "FrigateAsuranAtropos.entity"
I have already done this and if you would like I will show you how to change it.
However I think some races don't use the colony ship to capture ships, sorry I can be of no more help.
You have to use a COLONY SHIP to capture ships in the junk yard.

You need to go to options then effects and UNCHECK show mesh team colors.
I don't know what you mean by the emblem color but go to options and then go to effects and UNCHECK - Use Colored Skyboxes,Use Deep Space Skyboxes,Bloom Enabled,Ship Mesh Highlight Filter,Show Mesh Team Colors.
I have already changed the names for the Goa'uld ships and have started on the research on them. All of this will probably be in the next release.
Sorry for the break but max character limit is 2000. If anyone is interested I will be releasing a lot of addons in one full pack. My first addon that I have already completed (A very long time ago)will be making sure that the "Ability304Nuke" will work, so that it will actually do damage,same thing with the Langarian beam weapon not working on stations-I am still working on this. My next addon pack that I have already started on will be increasing the fleet supply and capital ship supply to give it a more realistic Stargate feeling,(These won't be to high, I am thinking the max is going to be 32 capitals for the Wraith and lower for every other race)of course I will also be reducing the fleet supply and capital ship supply as a separate addon for those people who don't have a very good computer, and of course this will go through rigorous balancing tests. The next addon I will start to work on will be increasing the "MaxNumResearchLevels" for every race. This addon is mainly for those people who don't like finishing all of your research in the first couple hours of your game. Of course this will take some time since I have to change the values and not just changing the amount of times you can research. After this I am sure to get more ideas but if you do have any suggestions I would gladly add it to my pack. I would be considering doing my own balancing to make it more corresponding with the StargateGate universe but right now I think the team has done a great job on that so far.

First got to say you have created one of the best Stargate mods out there! I have been following your mod ever since your first mini mod. My question is, I am a basic coder and I would like your permission and insight in releasing some of my Sub Mods (addons) to the public, like what someone is doing here - Forums.sinsofasolarempire.com - of course if you have some problem with this I would gladly not release my "Addon Pack". If you do decide to give me the "ok" could you tell me the steps in order to upload my addons. If you have any questions about my addons I would gladly answer them for you and of course I would make sure the public knows that you and your team have created this Mod.
