You guys have to use NTW mod launcher.
TGW luancger is currentlly did not working.

It's bug for every countries.
Mod team struggle to fix it, and they will release patch within today i guess.

You better to use mod manager.
That's how i solved your problem.

Economic issue is serious problem.
I played Russia, and disband entire armies for future, I am still be bankrupt.
