Running the latest version of this mod (and the high-res mod) on Win 10 Pro with fully updated Nvidia graphics drivers and can report that after running through half of the first level, it runs like a charm with no noticeable issues windowed at 1440p.

I can't download this, after repeated attempts, my antivirus quarantines this as having the Spursint.A!cl trojan. Does anyone have a cleaner, maybe older version of this patch they can link? Or a manual patch archive that I can extract to my game folder?
