Why i have error about cache need repair help please a tryed rar too but it doesnt not work HELP PLEASE

Creator i got few ideas
1:You can be as combine to fight zombies rebels etc.You are in chopper
when you will rope down on roof clean the town from roof
2:rebels can have an buff like there can be an leader who can give little buff to deal more damage and get more healths
3:you can bought some extra traps per map like turret from floor mines etc
