No. Just no.
Orcs cannot be corrupted by the Chaos Gods. It is possible for mutant Greenskins to happen, but the gods cannot get an influence on Greenskins and I'm sure they hate it.
They are just too simple minded for any of the Gods to have an effect. They do not desire any immortality, so Nurgle won't work. Khorne is unhappy, where as orcs enjoy bloodshed and slaughter. Greenskins are asexual and they care not for art and perfection, so Slaanesh is out of the question, and they have no long term plans, so strike Tzeentch out.
No Chaos Orcs. Greenskins have a high resistance to Chaos energy mutation, and are completly untouchable by the Gods.

Weird because one of my friend's cousin said one of the earlier edition had Chaos Orks. But that was like really old edition though.
Errr... Anything with a physic signature can be corrupted by Chaos.
Orks are just too damn good at resisting it. Weird boyz can become possessed by Daemons but rarely those Daemons can take control of the Ork, and when they manage to do so it is just to kill their host to banish themselves back to the warp.
Plus do you think this is too much ? In the third edition there were Ork mercenaries sanctioned to fight for the Imperium and Ork Genestealers.
Also the main reason why most of the orks don't turn to Khorne is simple, they already have Gork and Mork to worship so turning up to praise another god is not unnecessary but totally unorky.

Unlike 5 chaos gods(yes 5 i am counting Malal too) Gork and Mork don't exist. Its just orc imagination :P

I'm pretty sure I read that Ork technology works only because they believe it does. So by that logic tech from a god they don't believe/know exists would be pretty useless, right?
