No, they don't. Ultra's kick their *****, until they have to withdraw because they were taking too many loses.

And then they used Exterminatus on the planet. Ultramarines won.

Their battle is useless, as the Necron will rise again. Also, notice the Monolith advancing in the background. I predict massive pain in the near future for these Space Marines =P
