I'd say pull the plug. In a couple days he'll be better. Then again, the would be the longest days in history.
if you pull the plug...then its lights out for the whole imperium and then Chaos will come to play in all the darkness :D
Well if you pull the plug the gate to the imperial webway will open and Daemons will **** all of Terra and create a new eye of terror, one that spans the entirety of the galaxy. Then again, the Emperor will be reborn in the Warp and team up with Kaela Mensha Khaine, Cegorach and Ynnead and kick the Chaos gods to the curb, and the universe will be as it was before Asuryan split the materium and the immaterium.

If the Emperor was born out of thousands of shaman souls combined, imagine what he would be reborn as from the souls fed to him for the last 10,000 years.
