I'd personally use it for terraforming. I would pioneer the creation of paradise worlds and even just backwater planets for those who don't want to have an entire planet devoted to a single purpose. And you just know there's a planet's worth of people who'd jump at that opportunity. Specifically a planet on the Imperium's edge that has beautiful beaches, lush jungles, fertile farmlands, and sprawling forests.
Find a spot, pimp it out with some plants, and reap what you've sown. Live out in the boonies. Just planets made for living and not.. y'know, whatever the Imperium's citizens usually have to endure.
