for a terminator he always looks so short to me..
maybe it's his beard.
Yeah he looks like a dwarf, maybe the artist misjudged the proportions
it's not just the art though, even his miniature(to me) seems short compared to the other termi miniatures.

looking at those it seems his head is too big.
That might just be the cowl, making his head look too big.
part of that would be the pose, but yes there is a significant (to scale) difference in heights... so much for Space Marines always being from the tall, muscular stock, obviously they picked Njal for his psionics and not his stature :P
ok, now I REALLY want to do some Dwarf headswaps if I can make them fit into termi armour.. I play Salamaders, so that could actually work quite well - rough, Nocturne-weathered faces; epic weapons which could easily enough have power-field generators added; runes...
