Might be an Vindicare, but still... getting into melee with a necron, that's what i call optimism. Good luck on that bro!
I'm not sure what he's trying to accomplish here. It's like he wants to die or something.
Observe, (see his helmet in his belt) yes he is an assassin he may not be an Vindicare however since they are trained in marksmanship, note he has already cut of the head of the Necron(or at least it sure looks that way).

Vindicare has the higher initiative and will probably kill the Necron.
... Unless it's a Lord or Phaeron, in which case he's going to be meeting the business end of a Warscythe.

FYI, this is artwork based on the fanfic story "Love Can Bloom." That's the Vindicare Assassin who fell in love with Farseer Macha (who is canonically dead by the way).
