Just convert to Slaanesh, I'm sure he/she wouldn't mind. Plus its easier to hide the fact your a worshiper.
In a city filled with psykers...? Not to mention the Inquisition, the Custodes, the Arbites...yeah, pretty hard to hide in a city filled to the brim with everything that is Imperium.
