Tell me...Does an Ork ALWAYS give anyone or ANYTHING a chance to kill it?
WOULDN' BE FAIR UDDERWISE!
Then again, knowing it's an ultramarine that bolt pistol is just for show and the Ork will carve his body in half.

Well, the magazine counter on that bolt pistol reads: 01. The 29 other bolts he fired didn't seem to do much. Did they bounce off that Iron mandible or something?? :)
that Ork's body proportions are so skewed
Real Life Logic dictates that if the Astartes aims for the soft and squishy face, pulls the trigger fast enough, and his weapon does not jam, the ork will die from a bolt to the face.
It has happened in the trailers and books so it is not always up to dice rolls.
