Which chapter is this?
Looks fan-made. Never seen a scheme like it nor the symbols before.
and he got a thousand son snake/dragon on his right pauldron :S
Yet the color scheme doesn't fit Pre not Post-Heresy, i guess like Calgar said they're fan made. Nevertheless, he look bad *** \m/
An Arthurian knight-like chapter perhaps, guessing from the relatively celtic heraldy and the sword.
Possibly the Fire Dragons, although the dragon isn't uncommon as a chapter symbol.
The "infernus dragonum" motto on the sword leads me to think it's option A though... ;P
