My guess is it's a 40k rendition of Death. Not sure what symbolic significance the child has, though.

So deep.
Although technically, 40k's rendition of Death is the Nightbringer, the one that imprinted the 'dark hooded figure with a scythe' visual and the terror that fallows into the psyche of the younger races.
so disturbing...
